Founded in 2003, BodyLogicMD physician-owned practices make up the nation’s largest and fastest growing network of highly trained practitioners specializing in Integrative and Functional Medicine.
BodyLogicMD is rolling out brand new weight loss, nutrition and wellness programs utilizing telehealth technology and a multidisciplinary approach that encourages sound and sustainable nutrition and wellness principles along with the use of cutting-edge nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. We are seeking per-diem Registered Dietitians to provide one-on-one ongoing telehealth coaching to patients who enroll in the program. Per-diem positions may have the opportunity to turn into full-time as the programs grow.

Qualifications:
· Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field and be a Registered Dietitian.
· At least 3-5 years’ experience in 1 on 1 coaching preferred.
· Be a progressive Registered Dietitian who is well-versed in integrative and functional medicine and is comfortable with 1 on 1 coaching.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with telehealth technology.
· MUST be comfortable working with a medical team and program that integrates some or all the following: supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals and concepts such as Intermittent Fasting, Fasting Mimicking Diet, 14-Day Detox Programs, HCG, Phentermine and Peptides. Must be comfortable working with weight-loss clients.
· Passionate about helping others with a proven track record of evoking positive change in clients.
· Patient, attentive, non-judgmental and resourceful and are able to work with and adapt your approach to different personality types, demographics, etc.
· Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications required.
· Strong computer skills required
· You are comfortable working remotely and have a designated space in your home where the possibility of interruptions is minimal, and you can hold confidential conversations.
· You are able to possibly work evenings and weekends to accommodate patient scheduling needs.
· Ability to work independently.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible for patients referred to any of the program offerings.
· Onboard new clients into software program
· Remotely manage a group of patients providing telephonic or video nutrition counseling as well as communication through software program.
· Follow the framework in software program to guide initial and follow up sessions and input appropriate notes in all sections of the forms
· Schedule regular check ins and utilize software capabilities to automatically reach out to clients who are not tracking regularly towards their goals.
· Use the coaching framework outlined in the software program to help clients set long term and short-term goals and help educate, encourage and empower clients to succeed on their health journey.
· Identify and report to leadership any areas where the program can grow to meet clients' needs better, including prioritizing new features and programs.
· Possibly contribute content to the software program as the program grows and evolves.
· Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, and follow HIPAA guidelines
· Ability to identify patients who may be exhibiting worrisome behaviors that may be indicative of disordered eating or any condition which may be required to discuss with that patient’s physician or healthcare provider.
