How to Start a Nutrition Podcast
This may have given you the inspiration you needed to create your own podcast! Especially if you are looking for a way to share your nutrition and dietitian knowledge with the world, or if you are a dietitian who has business expertise to share with other dietitians.
Launching your own podcast can seem daunting, but it's easier than you think. We will outline the steps you need to take to get started. We'll also provide tips on how to make your podcast successful. Let's get started!
What is Your Podcast Concept
The first step is to come up with a concept for your podcast. What will you be discussing on your show? Who is your target audience? Once you have a clear idea of what you want your podcast to be about, it's time to start planning each episode. Determine the format of your show, and make sure to include a strong opening and closing. Each episode should also have a clear focus. Once you have a plan for your show, it's time to start recording!
Software to Start Your Podcast
Recording and editing your podcast can be done with simple, free software like Audacity. When you're ready to launch your podcast, there are a few different ways to distribute it. The most popular option is to submit your show to iTunes. You can also host your podcast on your own website, or use a service like Libsyn or Podbean.
