Travel Dietitian Job - Nationwide Opportunities

Compensation: $1,900 to $2,300 Weekly

At Dietitians On Demand, we connect dietitians with full-time travel assignments in hospitals, long-term care, behavioral health, outpatient, and other clinical settings. Our corporate team is dedicated to providing expert support for dietitians with onboarding, relocation costs, licensure, and clinical training.

What You’ll Do

As a travel dietitian, you’ll take on temporary, full-time assignments at healthcare facilities across the country. You’ll relocate short-term for each assignment while our team helps guide you through license and travel logistics, onboarding, and provides ongoing clinical support.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing nutrition care and clinical coverage in client facilities
  • Completing assessments, care plans, and documentation using the Nutrition Care Process
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Working independently while adapting quickly to new environments and systems
  • Delivering high-quality patient care across diverse populations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current registered dietitian credentialed by CDR
  • Willing to obtain state licensure, as applicable
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide excellent clinical coverage to various client locations
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be experienced in computerized charting and Nutrition Care Process

Dietitians On Demand employs RDNs who have successfully completed an ACEND accredited Dietetic Internship, passed the RD examination, and have a valid United States CDR. Positions at our company require candidates to be authorized to work in the United States, as we do not currently offer visa sponsorship.
