Position: Registered Dietitian
Annual Salary Range: $77,052 – $102,264

In this role you will:
- Plan, prepare, and direct dietary activities in licensed areas of a health care facility. Interpret and apply standards related to Dietary Services.
- Establish appropriate interpretation of physician orders for therapeutic and special diets and review the preparation and service of these diets.
- Select, train, and evaluate Dietary Service's staff including cooks, dietitians, and inmate-workers.
- Inspect food facilities for compliance with sanitary, safety, and housekeeping standards.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
