Scientific Foundations of Nutrition: We need qualified people to teach face-to-face classes during the day. The candidate must be knowledgeable about nutrition and how it effects various periods during the life cycles such as infancy, childhood, adolescence, pregnancy, and the later years. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of nutrients, nutrition for athletes, eating disorders, weight control, and food safety and computer analysis of personal diet. Candidate should be able to implement a variety of instructional strategies.
