Job Description and Requirements
DayOne Health, located in downtown Chicago, is an outpatient weight loss surgery program focused on minimally invasive procedures including the Lap-Band, Gastric Balloon, and Gastric Sleeve. DayOne was the first surgery center in the Midwest to perform the Lap-Band procedure on an outpatient basis. The philosophy of DayOne Health is to help patients beat obesity and live healthy lives. Our holistic approach to weight loss allows us to have some of the most successful outcomes in the country.
