Dietitian - Part-time

Turning Point is accepting applications for an experienced and licensed part-time Clinical Dietitian. The Clinical Dietitian coordinates activities related to patient care and food services with an interdisciplinary team including Medical Services, Nursing Services, Clinical Services, and Food Services. The Clinical Dietitian must demonstrate flexibility for providing assistance to varied populations.

-Reviews and/or completes nutritional screens and assessments, formulating dietary plan with consideration of age and culturally specific nutritional needs.
-Orients patients to dietary goals and policies.
-Provides group and individual nutrition education.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition or related field required.
-Licensed by the State of Georgia
-Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics)
-Two (2) years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian preferred.
-Experience working with Substance Abuse/Behavioral Health patients preferred.
-Must work well both independently and as part of interdisciplinary team.
