The Quality and CBORD Analyst is responsible to develop and maintain the CBORD data base to assure integrity of information for both the Food (FSS) and Nutrition (NSS) system suite of services. Primary duties include data entry for the posting of new menus, diets and allergy information, food and direct supplies/formulary, nutrition information, inventory and other data required to maintain accurate systems and reporting. Generate and review daily, weekly and monthly reports for accuracy and in support of timely management decision making and department processes. Manage CBORD projects including the comparison of the CBORD nutrition data base against eNutrition (vendor data base) to assure nutritional accuracy of the patient menu - as well as the project to interface up-grade between CBORD and client Epic system. Attend routine client Menu Revision Committee. Participate in required CBORD training. Execute all other duties required for the on-going maintenance and development of the CBORD FSS and NSS systems.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition plus at least 2 years of Healthcare nutrition experience as a professional or manager. .
Computer literacy, with proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, CBORD NSS, CBORD FSS, CBORD Bedside Menu Entry.
Strong culinary background and previous experience with CBORD is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be detail oriented are essential in this role.
Diet Technician (DTR) preferred.
