Job Description and Requirements

Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is currently seeking a full time Clinical dietitian to join our Team at a busy 354 bed Rehabilitation and Long term care facility. This key position will allow you the opportunity to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to different levels of acuity and disease states.

Responsibilities include providing overall nutrition care to your residents; ensuring that all documentation as it relates to residents nutrition status is complete and completion of MDS 3.0 and Care Plan.

Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from a 4 year college university. Registered dietitian preferred. Experience in long term care a plus. Able to function as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team.
