Assist the RD in a 200-bed long-term care and rehab facility with initial assessments, meal observations, enter meal tickets in system, meal observations, documentation, monitor weights, address resident meal complaints with family and residents, recommend alternative diets with the assistance of the RD, other related duties as assigned.
Associate's degree in Food & Nutrition Services and certification (or eligible) as a Diet Tech.
