Premier 99 bed skilled nursing facility needs a fulltime RD.Facility has a short term and long term unit. Nutritional clinical focuses include weight loss, skin breakdown, postoperative healing, dialysis, hospice and a variety of diagnosis which require nutritional interventions. RD works in conjuncion with Interdisciplinary Team to assist resident in achieving their highest level of functioning. Facility sends 70% of its admissions back home.Nutritional assessments, care planning, and narrative notes required in charting. Computer skills a plus.Facility has a dynamic management team and a very dedicated and loyal workforce. We work hard and have fun!
